  • 1 ½ cups almond meal
  • ¾ cup arrowroot
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal or equivalent
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs – beaten.
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar

Mix wet ingredients with dry.

Scoop into a greased and lined small loaf tin

Bake 30 – 35 mins at 180 C

Allow to cool in tin before turning out.
