CHOC-CHIP BISCUITS  gluten free (and dairy free if you substitute choc for sultanas.)

  • 1 cup chickpea (besan) flour
  • ½ teaspoon bi-carb soda
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup choc chips

Mix all together and roll into balls.

Flatten with a fork and bake in moderate oven for 15 mins.
