OAT (OR RICE FLAKES) – COCONUT SLICE 1 cup oats or rice flakes (rice flakes are bought in bulk at health food shop and are very crispy.) ¾ cup coconut 1 cup rice flour ½ cup raw sugar 125 g butter or coconut oil 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons water ½ teaspoon bi-carb soda Place well mixed dry ingredients in a bowl.
