CHOC-CHIP BISCUITS gluten free (and dairy free if you substitute choc for sultanas.) 1 cup chickpea (besan) flour ½ teaspoon bi-carb soda 2 Tablespoons sugar 3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil 3 Tablespoons maple syrup ½ teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup choc chips Mix all together and roll into balls. Flatten with a fork and bake in moderate oven for 15 mins.
