Appointment Procedure
After clicking on the link Appointments Click Here , you will be asked to put in your full name (e.g. Jo Bloggs) and your mobile phone number. Then click on Login. If your details are on our database then you will see the appointment page where you can make appointments, change appointments and cancel appointments.
The times that are available are in white on the appointment book. You will notice that at the top of the columns there is Gisborne and a number. You can select a time that suits you. The number after the location is the table number for each particular time, i.e. there are 4 tables available for each half hour period in Gisborne. The provision of multiple tables is know as an Open Plan Network Entrainment room. Click on Open Plan for more information.
After you click on your appointment time you will notice that a Create Appointment box will appear on the right side of the page. Click on the down arrow on the Select a Service box and click on the Service you will be using e.g. Regular Consultation – Adult. Then click on Save and you will see your name in the space for your appointment in the appointment diary. Finally, click on Logout at the top of the screen.
You can cancel your appointment when you are logged in by right-clicking on your appointment and clicking on Cancel Appointment.
If you are unable to Login please send me an SMS message to 0428 660 038 with your name and phone number and I will call you back to make the appointment. Note: I do not have a receptionist, so when I am working I am not free to answer phone calls.
